Why can’t I see my sponsored children when I log into myCompassion on the website?

If you are an existing sponsor, your sponsored child will show in your myCompassion account within 24 hours of verifying your account.
If you are a new sponsor, your sponsored child will show in your myCompassion account within 2 working days of verifying your account.

You can verify your account though the verification email that you received after registering for myCompassion.

If no information about your child or children has appeared after two working days, please contact us so that we can resolve this issue for you.
